Here are some of my frequently asked questions about my boudoir photography services…
Where are you located?
Mademoiselle’s is located in Tualatin, Oregon. I have a home studio in a culdesac of a very lovely and safe neighborhood. I have plenty of on street parking right in front of my house or you can park in the driveway.
What days of the week do you schedule sessions?
I schedule Monday through Saturday sessions. Saturdays book fast, so plan on scheduling early if you are looking for a weekend session.
Is hair & makeup included?
Hair & makeup is included with your session. My amazing makeup artist will be set up and ready to go in the studio when you arrive. The perfect pampering experience to get you ready for your shoot! Hair and makeup services includes full face makeup, lashes and hair styling.
You can choose to do your own hair and makeup instead, or have your favorite Mac or Nordstrom’s artist do it for you.
Do you supply outfits or do I bring my own?
You will bring your own outfits (due to the challenges of safely cleaning and sanitizing intimate garments) but I provide an additional wardrobe that includes robes, shoes in sizes 5-11 and a whole range of jewelry. I also have some other fun assessories for you to use like boas, a masquerade mask and long black gloves.
How soon will I get to see the images from my boudoir session?
You get to view and order your photos the same day! Once we are finished shooting, I will be downloading and processing your photos before you view them. You can take a break and run to Starbucks (two minutes away), grab a bite to eat, do a quick shopping trip (Ulta, Home Goods, TJ Maxi, Freddies, Michaels, and Best Buy are all close by) or just hang out at Mademoiselle's with a beverage. Processing takes about 1.5 hours.
Are my images posted in an online gallery?
Once you have chosen and purchased your photos, they will be available in an online gallery for you to download. The gallery is password protected and has a second level of protection, requiring a different password to download. Images will be watermarked online but won't be when you download them.
What is the timeline once I've ordered my photos?
Once you have seen ordered your photos, retouching takes one to two weeks, but if we are working on a deadline for you they will be done in time. Once the retouching is done, I will upload your files into an online gallery where you can download them. I will send you the download instructions and you can use them right away. If you have an album or calendar, I will send your pdf design at the same time. Once you approve the design, your order will usually be back in about a week. Production time may be longer during the holiday season. I had ship albums and calendars directly to you or you can pick them up. If you are a Washington resident, will need to pay sales tax if an album is shipped directly to you.
What types of products do you offer?
I offer albums, a calendar, a Boudoir Box that contains a flash drive with an optional print of each of your retouched photos as well as wall art. The wall art includes vivid or matte metal prints, gallery wraps, and fine art framed prints. Schedule a consult to receive a pdf of my full package and product options.
I worry about my photos showing up online, what is your privacy policy?
Mademoiselle’s NEVER posts your photos on our website, on social media, or anywhere else without your express permission. I ask for your permission for images to be used when you see your photos. See my complete privacy policy by clicking the button below.
Can I chose how much skin to show?
Of course! How much you want to hide or reveal is completely up to you. We will discuss what you are comfortable with ahead of time and as we go through the session you can make adjustments depending on how you feel. You NEVER have to do poses you are uncomfortable with and I don’t do any of the more risque poses except at your request. See my Nervous? What to page using the butto below for more details.
What happens if I have a breakout or get a cut/bruise before my session?
Don’t worry! I will take are of those things with retouching.

Do you shoot couples?
Unfortunately, I only shoot romantic couples on location and not in the boudoir style.
